Rendering problem + mixr cleared itself

Hello,

When i was almost ready with a song the mixer cleared itself. There was no effect on any insert anymore.
It took me like an hour to put it all back on the right place.
When i finished the song i exported it, but i couldn''t open the rendered file (MP3 or WAV). I tried it lots of times, with very diferrent settings, but nothing worked. (see attached image)
When i tried it the last time (exporting the file) the whole mixer cleared itself up again!
I know for sure that i didn''t hit the default presetting from the mixer (which button i hate by the way, because it''s way te easy to press on it, and you can''t turn it back).

I can''t do anything now with my FLstudio, so i need help.
