Click through bug also in FL

I reported a "click through" bug with synthmaker, a while back. I'm also seeing this periodically with FL plugins, when using the playlist editor. In this variant of the bug, the click through happens on the titlebar of plugins (not just synthmaker)... sorry but I have zero time to track this down to get it more specific than that.
