pitcher does not pitch correct in fl 64

set up a pitcher project

put a pad sample into the playlist... play a note from it... loop on playlist mode
put a pitcher into the fx channel
add a midi out
configure pitcher to receive the mdii out's channel... set pitcher to process midi
hit play

if you are in fl 64 if does not process the pitch
if you are in fl 32 it does

PS - I'm suspecting I might have not set the right settings to make this work in 64, but for goodness sakes, please add some working presets to pitcher... it doesn't have ANY.
