FL12 browser frozen option doesn't work

FL12 browser's frozen option seems not to work.
At least this option works differ from FL11.
This problem occurs both in 32bit and 64bit versions of FL12.0.1 released.

UPDATE: I found "Collapse structure / revert to frozen state" button.
In FL 11, just selecting snap1 (or press "1") means revert to frozen state, but this way doesn't work in FL12.
Is it a bug? Or by design?
If it is by design, it's ok.
However, it is good IMO that clicking snap1(both on tab and pull-down menu) while I already opened snap1 make browser revert to frozen state.
