Fruity Slicer in FL12 Problem

I am a user fruity slicer when it comes to sampling songs and I have noticed that in FL Studio 12, the fruity slicer in FL12 messes up the way I have pitched up a certain sample. When I open a file that I used Fruity Slicer in that was used in the previous version of FL, the samples' pitch drops by each note played in the song. If I place a new sample in a new project in the fruity slicer in FL12, it automatically plays the sample to the end even though I have not checked that option in FL12. If I open the same projects where I have used the fruity slicer in the previous version FL11, it doesn't do that. The way I originally sampled and pitched it stays the same. Please help!!!
