Old project in FL 12 - Pianoroll adds random notes!?

So far, when loading projects that I created in FL11, it seems that when having created patterns in the step sequencer, lots of notes are added in the pianoroll for some reason, when loading the project in FL 12.
The first 4 in the picture are correct, but the rest is just randomly added stuff.
I checked the same project in 11 vs 12 and those added notes aren't present in 11.
Not in the sequencer and not in the pianoroll either.
It seems to happen with all channels where I used the step sequencer
