As the subject says, if the mixer is the active sub-window, Ctrl-S tries to initiate saving a mixer preset, rather than saving the project. I had to highlight the Channel Rack so that I could use my hotkey.
Best suggestion I have is to pick a new hotkey for the mixer settings save, as you really shouldn't override something which has historically worked -everywhere- in the studio.
