- Start FL Studio 12 64bit (32bit is fine)
- Add an instance of Miroslav Philharmonik (only available in 32bit, thus is bridged)
- Set Miroslav input port to 1
- Add a MIDI Out channel and set its output port to 1
- Add another MIDI out channel, now FL Studio crashes
