MIDI Out channels crash with Miroslav in FL12 64bit

  1. Start FL Studio 12 64bit (32bit is fine)
  2. Add an instance of Miroslav Philharmonik (only available in 32bit, thus is bridged)
  3. Set Miroslav input port to 1
  4. Add a MIDI Out channel and set its output port to 1
  5. Add another MIDI out channel, now FL Studio crashes
I thought this might be a problem with bridging in general, but I repeated the above procedure using ReFX's QuadraSID, which is also 32bit only and thus bridged in FL Studio 64bit, however no crash presented.
