FL Studio 12 - Mixer Tracks Won't Move

Help! Certain tracks on my mixer won't move when I hover my mouse over it. It acts as if nothing is there and I know it's not my mouse's problem because it does the same thing on my touch pad and touchscreen. I've tried scanning for viruses, restarting my computer, saving the project as a new version, and just waiting for it to work again, but none of that has helped! The worst part is, my project will work fine, but when I open it again, the mixer won't work right. I've been trying to find solutions to this for the past few months and I've found nothing. Any help is appreciated!
