(HELP ME PLZ) IL harmor vst does not open(not responding)

ive been trying to open the harmor demo vst in ableton and it never opens it just crashes ableton every time.
i own fl studio producer edition, and it also crashes when trying to open the harmor vst
im using windows 10 pro 64 bit, tyring to open harmor 64 bit on 64 bit ableton and fl studio.
ive tried running as admin and disabling my dpi scaling.
