[Solved] windows 10 and fl 12.2/3 don't work.

last night my computer up dated from windows 7 to windows 10.
i manages to have a play with fl 12.3 beta and it was running smoothly until i tried to open up a project the boom. it crashed!

when i tried to reopen fl 12.3 it just made a bing! sound and then nothing...
i tried this a few times before i reboot the pc but i had the same problem.
so i tried 12.2 and i had the same thing happen to it.
i next tried 11 and that work fine.
so i uninstalled both 12.2 and 12.3 then tried reinstalling them both but as it is almost fully installed it makes the deeded Bing! sound and gets stuck...
I've tried just installing the 64 bit separate from 32 bit to see if it would made any difference but nothing. i always end up with the same problem.

any suggestions?
