Newtone saves are completely junk

So I just finished about 10 songs worth including newtone in FLStudio 10.0.0 just to find out that the saves from newtone are complete junk. All the red lines are wrong. I don't understand how they got there.

So I upgraded to 10.0.2, and loading songs with that doesn't help. have I lost EVERYTHING I'VE EVER DONE IN NEWTONE? This counts for at least a month of work.

What happened? How do I get my stuff back?
