All sounds going into mixer silenced (10.0.9)

I'm having issues with FL Studio 10.0.9, and it seems that all sounds/instruments/samples/channels that are put into the mixer become completely silenced. Whenever I "pull an instrument out" of it, the sound will play again. Any sound sent to the mixer seems to register an output in the graphic volume bar/monitor of the mixer channel it's assigned to, though nothing appears comes through to the Master channel in the mixer. Any ideas on what might be causing this?
