images won't show up after published

I'm having a strange problem I can't figure out.

I'm starting a new website.

On the home page, the header file image comes up...see here: www.jimfortunato.com

On the contact page, the header file image does NOT come up...see here: www.jimfortunato.com/contact.html

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
