Shop login error

Hi,

An existing site, was shop only, now have added other pages.

When clicking Administrator link at bottom of shop, we are sent to the login page but it has no form, no cells to put u/n or p/w

we get the following message instead:

Please Login!

Main Admin login works ok

Did a full build, same problem
