Hi:
I've submitted a support ticket about this, but thought I may get a resolution here quicker.
I'm trying to update and initially it was telling me I was running the latest version:
Suddenly the software decided it wasn't the most recent version and downloaded the zip file for me. When I closed EzGenerator to complete the update, I got this error:
Throughout the day, I've had to open and close the software for system restarts, 'real life' issues etc and just a few moments ago, it downloaded the zip and extracted it's contents. It then told me when I restart the software I will be running 4.1.0.62, but in fact reopening it did nothing and I'm still on 4.1.0.58.
Any help is greatly appreciated as I updated my subscription to have the newest release and currently I am unable to download it.
