Turn mobile version website into mobile app

Hello guys,
Maybe you're gonna think am so demanding here:-)
But actually, it's like if something is missing the loop.
We can use artisteer to generate templates, ezgenerator for the most of work(web & mobile versions) but there's nothing to use to creat applications for mobiles.

Do u have any idea guys for this missing tool??
