Repeat subcategory names into podcast

Hi,

One of my customers need to categorize the podcast section as:

Category One
English
Spanish
Etc

Category Two
Spanish
English
Etc

Well, if i create subcategoires with repeated names (the language in this case) the listings works bad , i assume that repeating category names is not permitted , even if related to a parent category, but i need to create independent subcategories with same name.

Any way to solve it ?
