Custom Form Lists - how to

Hi,

How do we create our custom form lists, such as Cities, Provinces, Professions, etc.

Currently we can pull up a few default lists: Country, OK, county, Canadian provinces, etc.

Would like to be able to quickly select from our pre configured lists from the drop list selector in the form builder.
