Pages not editable anymore

Hi,

On my production site the user who has 'admin' rights cann't edit anymore some pages.
So i've changed the rights to 'Alles lezen & wijzigen' and now the user can edit all pages.

I there a change in one of the last updates?

Note: the admin user can changes all pages, so the rights of the admin user and the users who get 'admin' rights, are not the same.
Note2: enhancement can be, the possibility to set/choose if a user can see the statistics.

updated to 4.1.0.78, full build and publish without succes.
