Problem with template after update the program.

Hi!
After the last update (78) program template site was broken. I attached a picture for an example. Left menu and page scope are lifted up. Fix does not work. Just a nightmare. Previously, all done in the main editor and had no problems. In the template changed only the background of the main page and the background color in the menu. In the editor template I can't fix the problem. I need to run the site on Monday. Please help.
