Hyperlink to bookmark missing

Hi,

I tried to hyperlink to a bookmark on one of my pages, but the option to select the bookmark is not available. See screenshot.
As per Help-page (http://www.ezgenerator.com/ihelp/help.p ... +Bookmarks), the option Bookmark should be available.
Has this option since been removed or else can you help me how to hyperlink a bookmark?
