Request for Support of China YouTube

Hi Guys - One of my colleagues in China is asking whether there is any way for the EZG Podcast Blog YouTube Friendly field to be capable of also supporting URLs which link to a China version of YouTube (YouTube is not accessible for many in china due to Gov restrictions. The site is (example post). I know its a long shot, but I thought I would ask anyway.
