Newsletter not mailing to groups

Not sending newsletter:

When I send newsletter to a group, it appears in the log like they have been sent. The site been working fine until Saturday Nov 23 2013.

If I send to Administrator- it works. When I send to an individual- it works. STRANGE THING - When I send to a group, nothing is sent EXCEPT, it sends a newsletter to the admin account. The admin account is not listed in the group.

Using Godaddy server - godaddy says I have a 1000 per day cap. Only sending to a group of 85.

Just did a rebuild with the newest version 4.1.0.88 - Still not working
