RSS Feed : error message

I' m getting this error message on a website that was working fine until today :

allow_url_fopen is disabled on your server. Either ask your provider to enable it or use "parse feed on ezgenerator.com" option!

I do use ezgenerator.com to parse feed
What could have suddenly turned wrong ?

Edit : also, if try to connect to central admin as Admin, I get a Mysql Error and connection is impossible. If I connect to admin as an Editor, i dont get that error message and I can conect.
