Dynamic pages on mobile pages?

My customers love the ability to make their own changes - hence using dynamic pages. However, they want to change their mobile pages as well. I attempted to copy and paste a dynamic macro to a mobile page and received all kinds of php errors.

Is it currently possible to convert mobile pages to dynamic ones? What other goodies can we not use on mobile pages that we can on normal website pages?
