Cannot get access to protected pages for registered users

Hello and happy Christmas.

I have just set up 45 users to have access to protected pages on the website http://www.icv.kent-pcc.gov.uk. But none of their access details work. When entering username and password the page just hangs / freezes. What I am doing wrong. I have set up a username EZ4 and password christmas for you to have go. Let me know what I am doing wrong please. All users have access "view by page". I can get access when I use the master admin access with no problem. Thanks for your help as soon as possible. Howard
