Problem when I try to exit the program

Hi, I have a problem trying to close the program once I am done. The window does'not close but instead it appears this sentence: access violation at address 67D9C055 in module 'mshtml.dll'. Read of address 0000002.
I am using EzG v.3.0.77.5 and I've never had this kind of problem before. I restarted the pc but nothing changed.
Could someone help me?
