Calculator function in Contact Form?

Hi!

I'd like to create a form for customers to choose features they want (via check boxes, perhaps) and see a total fee for those chosen features, and then to submit that form to us which would include their completed text fields (as per contact form) and the total estimate $ figure and chosen fields so we may discuss/complete the order with them. Is this possible to do?
