Widgets, Wmv and MP4

EZGenerator little use and I forgot many things.
How do I load wmv video to be displayed on a page?
I've tried using the Widgets "Embed Media" and "Audio and Video" but you can not load them.
I also tried to load an MP4 with "Embed Media" but you only hear the audio. What codec supports EZGenerator 4?
