ZERO layout-content

Hi there,

I´am running Ez4.2.8.x with updates protection untill 2015-08-23.
I ´am trying to ceate a new project from scratch something like a
project/type blank/custom => Zero V1 template. I picked blank page
because I don't want to use predefined layout-content. Unfortunately
I get always a predefined layout-content and I dont want that at all.
What´s wrong? Some help needed, please.
