Blog %TITLE% goes to wrong place...

Something changed. Hovering over the title shows a folder that doesn't exist and because of my re-direct to the home page it redirects.

Here's the blog posts page:

The first one clicks to:

http://www.healthcaregov.net/2014/10/th ... e-rollout/

but the folder 2014/10 does not exist on the server.

Still, the posts are there. I just don't know where?

What am I missing? What should I look for?
