EZgenerator crashes

Dear Support,

EZgenerator crashes when we switch between pages.
We have bought a brand new computer with windows 8.1, installed ezgenerator and updated it.
But still it crashes. We dont know what to do anymore.
Please look at the error messages and advise us.
