how to start a blog page?

I'm trying to create a blog page for a new website but I'm having trouble.

I click: 'Pages' - 'php live' and nothing is available from their to click.

When I click: 'Pages' - 'Blank' I don't see any available options there.

P.S. I see that you are no longer selling EZgenerator...are you releasing a new product for web building? or are you getting away from it altogether? ...just wondering if EZ will still be able to be used and maintained since you're not selling it anymore? Please advise.
