EZ Generator updated needed ??

Hello All. Is use EZ Generator to build our clubs website. It is using 4.3.16.7 version and tells me at top of page it is using latest version.
I am very confused as now reading Image-Line lifetime updates. Is EZ Generator updates included in this package ( fruity $89 ).
I have found a link showing my old licences and there is a renew button which takes me to the Fruity update page. Is this the update I need?
Not sure as I dont have a music website ? It says Lifetime updates which is great, but you have buy this package every year ??. Help is needed here as I am not a computor expert ( simple instructions please !! ), but find EZ Generator to be the easiest package to build and keep our Clubs website rolling along nicley.
