Issue Registering Product

Hello,

I need some help. My Windows 10 has crashed on me and I had to re-image my PC. I installed EZGenerator and went to register my product by entering my email and password like I always did in the past. I hit the Unlock button, a blank dialog box pops up. It does not register my product. I need help, because I have a lot of websites that I have created using EZG. How do I register my product?
