Program acting very slow

Since about 3 days ago my ezg has been taking a very long time to load each menu section almost a full minute to switch between one section and another. I am not sure what could have happen, none of my other programs are acting similarly. I have 4 gigs of ram so I doubt its a memory issue. Where can I dl ezg4 full version? or do I have to go download 3 and upgrade it?
