Download / Call Back Feature Help

Hello and good day;

I know I have seen a similar thread somewhere in the Forum but I could not seem to locate it.

On my website www.worldcollision.com is CD's and T-Shirt for the most part. I have Downloadable Albums in the Shop and I currently receive the emails that someone purchased the album and I usually just send them the link to download it myself. Are there instructions somewhere that show me how to setup the call back feature so that when they purchase a download item they receive the email as indicated in the shop settings. Additionally.....In the product setup area, there is a "download" field; is this download field the the item that will be used for the call back feature? I have a folder on the server That I uploaded the larger files, that can't be uploaded using the asset manager.
