Page Header Problem

Hi,

In the test domain I am working on for ezg4 conversion, the headers are missing on several pages. They only show plain text of the header title.
ex: http://www.test.highstarsuneagle.org/do ... gnals.html
http://www.test.highstarsuneagle.org/do ... links.html

ex of correct: http://www.test.highstarsuneagle.org/su ... dance.html

Also same issue with a QT movie on this page:
http://www.test.highstarsuneagle.org/mu ... oward.html

Should be: http://www.highstarsuneagle.org/multime ... oward.html

All of these items show up just fine in ezg edit and browse mode but not on upload. I tried to reload the movie, but it treats it like it is already there and doesn't recognize any changes.

Can I assume that these issues will resolve themselves on the real site when I convert it, since they are already there??
