Newsletter improvement.

- Search field is not searching thru registred users, it link to the list of newsletters when email is not fully written (can't search "cedric" ie)

- a button for delete double users

- an alphabetic horizontal list "A B C D E F ...." to list users

- full automation for sending newsletter (each "x" minutes send to "y" users)

- each newsletter could create a fixed page in the website, for user who can't read html mail?

- an unsuscribe link without the need to rewrite all data
