Editing Contact Request From

Another probably-simple question that I humbly apologize that I must ask about.

I have placed a Contact Request page on my website, and have added a TEXT field, but would like to increase the size of this field so that it is more than one line (the idea is that the visitor will be able to use it to type an actual message to me). I know that by double-clicking on the field, I can enter a greater width for the field in the window that opens up, but I can't seem to figure out how to change the 'depth'.
