Please Create a tool for Petitions

Hi, Is it possible to add a tool that we could use for PETITIONS. My Client is a Worker's Union who frequently needs that kind of document.

Actually, I used the GuestBook Tool, but the users complain that the "Comment" Field is Required. (It is the only field that I cannot delete in the DATA option)

I imagine that it would be easy for you to modify the actual GestBook Tool to create one that could contain:

1- Complete Name (Required)
2- Email (Required, but "deletable")
3- Comment (Optionnal)
4- Address (Optionnal)
5- City (Optionnal)
6- Postal Code (Optionnal)
7- DateTime Stamp

The tool must have Email notification.
