ramdomizer / earea's - Option to Hide in search results

The problem here is all pages in project turn in search results if keyword is located in randomizer or 

can you please add option to disable search in these areas? This is not a desirable affect...I think I asked of this a couple of months ago, but not sure if it has been taken care of...thanks guys
