Graphic problem with DIV LAYOUT

Hi, I tried to use the DIV LAYOUT but the graphic have e little problem, how exposed by the pic attached, the vertical left line is some pixel splitted to right and the relative right line is invisible. This problem appear in any layout and browser and in the layout preview too.

Can you help me?
