different screen resolutions

I have been using EZGENERATOR for years and I have never been able to design web pages which automatically adjust to different screen resolutions so I am missing something. If I setup a web page for an 800 X 600 screen and run it on a 16:9 pc screen everything is over to the left of the screen. Normal Windows software just stretches to fit the screen. How can I get EZGENERATOR to do this? tony@softbyte.co.za
