Language in menu

I have a similar problem to rsv (listed on 8 October) - mine (www.krebs.no) is with Norwegian language which is set up under language settings, 'online editor' and 'user interface'. The few different Norwegian letters (æ. ø, å) come up ok in 'browse' and 'preview' but not when I load them up to the url. The strange thing is that I have Norw text in some underdirectories, and that is ok - so the problem is probably with my setup and not the server. Any ideas? Thanks for any tips.
