Importing wav files into 3x Osc

I'm currently using FL Studio 8 and I have different bass and kick wav files that I would like to manipulate (aside from using the options like SMP/INS under channel settings), but can't figure out how to import/drag them into 3x Osc or other programs like BooBass and Toxic Biohazard (demo). Is it possible to import files into these programs or do I have to use the sounds that are already in there? If I can only use the sounds that are already in there, what programs can I use that would allow me to import my bass and kick wav files so I can do things like adding effects, making them sound deeper, more distorted, etc? Any help is greatly appreciated.
