Toxic Biohazard - Presets Missing !!!!!!

Ive bought Toxic Biohazard a couple a days agoo and with the start from it on Fl i have this prob...... NO PRESETS.
I've downloaded them with downloadmanager but there ive got the message by the section "Owned" that ive got them already....
only i can't find them at the "plugin presets" section.
Plz check Attachment for further information and plz plz help me outta here? Thx a lot to all that can solve this.
