Orchestral Transcriptions!
So one of my favorite things to do in FL is to take an orchestral piece (or section of one) and remake it using electronic elements. Using synths is great because it lets me create a sound for each part that's similar to the instrument but also very much unique. That, combined with tempo and volume automation, make the transcription. Here are two that I've done, one considerably newer than the other (yay automation clips and Sytrus ).
