FL v11.1.0-64bit - CPU Panel Info, how much RAM

If i use my full 6GB RAM how can i get this info from the CPU Panel when it looks like:

There is no info about Limit of avaiable possible RAM or some Options.
Can i choose how much RAM i want to use?
Do i load more than 125 times of Harmor and SugarBytes Conseq.-Instances, it looks not like there are 6GB RAM possible.
Maybe limit Screen? But the CPU is high...
